Lighting, ceremony or karaoke will be an extra option. An indoor location is assumed, and outdoor locations are an extra option and must be approved first by Deemazon DJs. Up to six hours are included with this package. Setup and teardown are free. Deemazon DJs will not perform beyond 11pm unless previously approved.

STEP 3 - Available Options

Ceremony Music Ask if Ceremony Music is available for your event before you book. Must be in basically same location as reception, so we would only need to turn speakers a different direction. A rehearsal is an additional option. We will provide one wireless lavalier(lapel) microphone to be worn by the officiant. We will also provide one handheld microphone on a stand for vocalists and speakers that may be wired or wireless depending on the situation. We are not equipped or responsible for recording your ceremony. We cannot run microphone cable further than 50 feet, and may not be able to use a wireless microphone for the vocalist/speaker/musician. Musicians should bring their own instrument amplification system unless they can use the one provided vocal microphone. We can play music for the prelude, processional, recessional, and music during the ceremony. We can play a background CD or karaoke CDG for the vocalist or instrumentalist if we are notified before the wedding day of specifics. There will not be a lyric monitor available for the vocalist, so lyrics will need to be memorized. If the ceremony is outdoors, we cannot guarantee that wind will not be picked up by the microphones and may be audible. If both ceremony and reception are outdoors, one outdoor option fee is required. If ceremony only is outdoors, a full outdoor option fee will be required. We cannot be held responsible if radio interference is picked up and audible through our wireless microphones. RF interference is rare with our wireless microphones, but not unheard of. The only way to prevent it is to use exclusively wired microphones, which is usually inconvenient for the minister, can get in the way, and may detract from your ceremony visually. Considering these facts, many couples decide not to use microphones at all in their ceremony. Many musicians are available who play instruments that do not require electronic amplification. When we play music for your ceremony, it is through our main reliable audio system.
Ceremony Rehearsal Up to 1.5 hours not counting setup and teardown.
DJ Lighting Effects Approximately 5 different colorful DJ Lighting effects, including an Electonic Mirror Ball type effect. Lights move around room to beat of music.
Eastern Oregon or Washington Travel Fee Locations in the Cascades or Siskiyou mountain range or points east in eastern Oregon must add this additional travel fee. Also locations in Washington must add this fee.
Karaoke Karaoke with lyrics on screen. Ask to see if Karaoke is available before your event before you book.
Outdoor Location This option must be added if DJ location is outside, even if in a heated tent or on a covered patio. If patio is enclosed and heated/air conditioned, then location is considered indoors. All outdoor performances must first be approved by Deemazon DJs before the contract will be valid. The contract contains conditions required for outdoor performances, such as a dry level surface, electricity within 25 feet, protection from elements, covering, rain plan, etc.
